To register in the B2B Shop panel, click on the B2B Shop icon and then select the “Create an account” option. After completing the form containing basic company data, including the address details and tax number, wait for registration confirmation, you should receive it within 24 hours.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum net order value is 2 000,00 EUR net. For the first order, the minimum amount can be adjusted to customer’s needs.
Do the prices include the tax?
The prices provided in the offers do not include the VAT.
Is it necessary to conclude long-term contracts with specific purchasing goals?
We offer simple and transparent terms of cooperation, and therefore we do not require customers to conclude long-term contracts with imposed purchasing goals that determine the amount of discounts granted.

The only form of payment is a bank transfer received before the order is shipped.

How do we protect the parcels?
The shipments are secured in a way that guarantees safety of even the most valuable orders. Each transport is insured against accident, theft or any other random incident. Before shipping, customers receive photos and information about the dimensions and the weight of the shipment. Also, the process of packing the orders is always recorded by CCTV cameras. This way, when receiving the shipment, you can check whether it arrived in the same condition as it was sent. In case of any doubts, please draw up a report with the carrier, which is required for us to claim compensation in the event of any shortage or damage of goods.
What transport companies do we cooperate with?
Parcels up to 30kg/66lb are sent with UPS. Pallet orders are carried out by SUUS, DACHSER and RABEN, and sea containers are sent with MAINFREIGHT or ASL.
